Jeff and his wife, Kim, who met in high school, have been married for 27 years and district residents for 18 years. Two of their three children are current AG students, and their oldest graduated from AGHS in 2016. Kim is a stay-at-home Mom who has volunteered extensively in the district for years. Jeff has been involved with coaching local youth sports leagues for many years and served on the volunteer board and as President of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation Delaware chapter from 2003 to 2010.
Jeff has 30 years of experience in the specialty chemical, food and pharmaceutical ingredient industries. His expertise in growing businesses, managing profit/loss, and leading global teams requires a broad perspective in thought process, financial rigor, management discipline and willingness to embrace new ideas. 
Tracy has 2 children who have attended the four schools within the Avon Grove School District and has lived here since 2005. She has volunteered for various community and non-profit organizations, including PLE, AGIS and FSEMS. Tracy’s husband Mark works in the area and has also been involved with coaching in local sport leagues and speaking at community events.

Tracy has 23 years of experience in the healthcare industry working in a variety of medical and corporate settings with expertise in project management. Her work involves effectively managing operations of global teams for project delivery. Productive team work embraces diversity of background and thought, provides an atmosphere to ask courageous questions, demands success and respects the objectives and fiscal requirements of the project.
